Content is general information, not legal, immigration, medical, financial or professional safety advice. Check current official sources, insurance terms and personal circumstances before booking or travelling. You remain responsible for your decisions, documents, bookings, health and safety.

4. Digital guides and purchases
Product descriptions, prices, access methods, refund terms and licences shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms. Payments and delivery may be handled by third-party platforms such as Gumroad. Unless a product page says otherwise, digital guides are licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, resold, republished or distributed.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Refunds
Every digital guide bought through ellspassport.com comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If a guide is not right for you, email ellenbarron0@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase from the address you bought with, and we will refund you without asking you to justify it. Requests are actioned within two business days and refunded to the original payment method.
The guarantee does not apply to free guides, or to bookings you make with hotels, tour operators or other third parties through links in our guides, which are governed by that company's own cancellation terms. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This policy does not limit consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Ell's Passport owns or is authorised to use the website design, writing, photographs, videos, maps, guides, branding and other original material. You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution. Any other reproduction, commercial use, scraping, republication or creation of substitute products requires written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal information, impersonate another person or use our services unlawfully.
8. Availability and changes

If you are buying from a country whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
